FREMANTLE PORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 1971 - REG 30

30 .         Custody of common seal

                The common seal of the Port Authority shall be kept under lock, one key to which shall be held by the Secretary and another lodged at such Bank as the Port Authority directs.
