Offence against the
provisions referred to in Column 1 of the Table in Part 1 of Schedule AA are
prescribed as offences in respect of which modified penalties are prescribed
for the purposes of section 66B of the Act, and the amount of the
modified penalty prescribed for each of those offences, if dealt with under
that section, is the amount set out in Column 2 of that Table opposite and
corresponding to the reference to the provision offended against.
