This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Berthing
Master has the entire control of the berthing and removing of all vessels, and
shall appoint the place where any vessel is to anchor, moor or lie in
the Port.
(2) The master of any
vessel shall obey all lawful orders of the Berthing Masters.
(3) The Berthing
Master may at any time order the master of a vessel within the Port to move
the vessel from its place in the Port to any other place in the Port.
(4) Where for any
reason the order of a Berthing Master to move a vessel in the Port is not
complied with, the Berthing Master may move the vessel at the risk and expense
of the master or owner thereof, and for that purpose may, at the expense of
the owner or master of the vessel, break any anchor chain or rope or mooring
line securing the vessel.
