A copy of every
resolution appointing or removing a trustee or trustees, secretary, or
treasurer shall be sent to the Registrar within fourteen days after the
meeting at which such resolution was passed, in duplicate, in Form
No. 12, 12a, or 12b annexed hereto, and the Registrar shall sign the
memorandum of receipt thereon, and return one copy to the society. [S. 12 (1,
