An application to
register a special resolution for transfer of engagements to another society
or a company, or for amalgamation with a company, shall be in duplicate, in
Form No. 27 annexed hereto, with necessary modifications to suit the
facts, and must be supported by statutory declarations, which may be in Forms
Nos. 24 and 25, and in Forms Nos. 28 or 29 annexed hereto, as the case may be.
