The instrument of
dissolution of a society shall be in Form No. 31 annexed hereto, and
shall be signed in duplicate, and accompanied by a statutory declaration in
Form No. 32 annexed hereto, and by a statement in Form No. 33
annexed hereto, naming some newspaper circulating in the locality in which the
registered office of the society is situated wherein it is desired that the
notice of dissolution shall be published, and by the sum requisite to defray
the expenses of such publication, as well as of the publication of such notice
in the Gazette . [S. 25 (2, 4).]
(a) The
instrument of dissolution of a branch shall be in Form No. 31 (with
accompanying Forms Nos. 32 and 33) modified, as required, by the Registrar,
and shall contain a certificate under the hand of the secretary of the society
or central body that its consent has been given thereto. [S. 25 (13).]
