Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
Every application for
dissolution by award of the Registrar shall be in Form No. 36 annexed
hereto, and shall name some newspaper circulating in the locality in which the
registered office of the society is situated wherein it is desired that notice
of the award shall be published, and with it shall be sent the sum requisite
to defray the expenses of such publication, as well as of the publication of
such notice in the Gazette . [S. 25 (11).]
