In registering branch
rules the Registrar shall see —
(1st) That the objects
of the branch are not other than those, or one or more of those, of the
society.
(2nd) That provision
is made for the control of the central body of the society over the branch.

(3rd) That there is a
separate fund administered by the branch, or by a committee or officers
appointed by the branch.
(4th) That matters
specified in the second schedule to the Act, except as to annual returns to
the Registrar, are provided for so far as the same are applicable to the
branch in respect of any separate fund or funds. [2nd Sch.]
