An application to
register an amendment of branch rules must be made by the secretary of the
branch through the secretary of the society, and must be countersigned by the
secretary of the society. In all other respects the provisions of Regulations
Nos. 3 and 4 must be complied with as far as the same are applicable. [S. 26
