Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
When anything is
required to be in any of the forms annexed hereto, it shall be sufficient if
it be to the like effect, and any of such forms may be modified by the
authority of the Registrar to suit particular cases, and the Registrar may
require further evidence by statutory declaration in addition to that
prescribed by these Regulations in any case in which to him it may seem
expedient. The Registrar may dispense with the obligation to supply a
duplicate of any document where such obligation is imposed only by the
Regulations.
