78 .         Election of officers and trustees

                The Board shall at its first meeting elect from the members thereof a Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer, who shall hold office in each case during the pleasure of the Board, and so long as they respectively continue to hold seats upon the Board. At the same or any subsequent meeting the Board shall elect from the members thereof, or from the members of the societies and branches represented thereon, three trustees to take the place of the trustees in whose names the lands granted were vested prior thereto.
