The Board shall meet
once at least in every month, or oftener if so determined, for the transaction
of the business thereof, at such place and on such day or days as may be
decided upon, and at such meetings an attendance of one or more
representatives from a majority of the societies and branches represented on
the Board shall form a quorum. The Chairman, or in his absence a member chosen
by the remaining members of the Board then present, shall preside over all
meetings of the Board. [S. 47 (1, o).]
