The Board may sell to
any person or persons the right to hold sports or gatherings, and the persons
purchasing such right shall, subject to the consent of the Board, have all the
powers of the Board with respect to imposing and fixing a charge for
admission, refusing admission, ejecting persons for non-payment of such
charge, or for disorderly behaviour or other misconduct. [S. 47 (1, l).]
