This legislation has been repealed.
The Commission shall
cause notice of the time and place so fixed for the hearing of the appeal to
be given to the appellant and, where necessary, shall direct that arrangements
be made to allow of the appellant’s attendance at the hearing of the
appeal; provided however that the appellant shall be entitled to at least
fourteen days clear notice of the time and place of the hearing of the appeal.
