GOVERNMENT RAILWAYS BY-LAWS -- BY-LAW 79 - REG 4

4 .         Examiners to be approved by Commissioner

                Each Examiner to be appointed to conduct the vision, colour-sense, and hearing tests shall first be approved by the Commissioner.
