GOVERNMENT RAILWAYS (OIL VESSELS) BY-LAWS 1944 -- BY-LAW 89 - REG 2

2 .         Application

                These by-laws shall apply only to wharves and jetties in the ports or harbours at Albany, Busselton, Esperance, Geraldton and Port Hedland which being connected with or forming part of a railway within the meaning of the Government Railways Act 1904 , are by reason thereof under the control of the Commissioner of Railways.
