The agents or Master
of any oil vessel intending to load or unload in bulk or containers a quantity
in excess of 40 gallons of inflammable liquid shall immediately on making fast
to any wharf or jetty give notice in writing of such intention both to the
Station Master and the Harbour Master with particulars as to the quantity of
inflammable liquid it is intended to load or discharge.
