This legislation has been repealed.
Before a
petrol-powered marine craft is left unattended for a period exceeding 24
hours, the person who is in charge of the craft must ensure that gas supply to
an appliance installed in the marine craft is shut off if the appliance is
designed to have a continuously burning flame.
