(1) For the purposes
of section 13A(3)(e) of the Act, the Director is authorized to delegate his or
her power to conduct an inquiry under section 13A(11) of the Act to a
person or body of persons appointed by the Director, and the exercise of that
power by that person or persons is authorized.
(2) For the purposes
of section 13A(12)(c) of the Act, a summons requiring the attendance of a
person to show cause at an inquiry must be in the form of Form 1 in Schedule
2.
(3) For the purposes
of section 13A(12)(c) of the Act, a summons requiring the attendance of a
person to give evidence or produce documents at an inquiry must be in the form
of Form 2 in Schedule 2.
(4) A person who
attends at an inquiry under section 13A of the Act is entitled to receive a
fee or allowance in accordance with Schedule 3.
