A person who commits
an offence against any of these by-laws is liable on conviction to a penalty
not exceeding $200 and in the case of a continuing offence, a further penalty
not exceeding $50 for each day or part of a day during which the offence
continues after notice of the offence has been given by or on behalf of the
Corporation to the offender.
