LAND DRAINAGE BY-LAWS 1986 - REG 4

4 .         Trespass and injury

                A person who trespasses upon, or without proper authority enters upon — 

            (a)         any works; or

            (b)         any land, occupied, held, or used in connection with any works,

                not open to the public commits an offence.
