An inspector may mark
the tyres of a parked vehicle with chalk or any other non-indelible substance
for any purpose connected with or arising out of his duties and powers and no
person shall remove a mark made by an inspector so that the purpose of the
affixing of such mark is defeated or likely to be defeated.
