Where under these
by-laws the standing or parking of vehicles in a street is controlled by a
sign, that sign shall be read as applying to the part of the street
which —
(a) lies
beyond the sign;
(b) lies
between the sign and the next sign beyond that sign; and
(c) is
that side of the carriageway of the street nearest to the sign.
