Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
Where anything
purporting to be done pursuant to a license issued under these by-laws is not
done in conformity with the license or with these by-laws or where the
licensee is guilty of an offence against these by-laws the council may,
without derogation of any penalty to which that person may be liable, by
notice in writing, revoke the license.
