LOCAL GOVERNMENT MODEL BY-LAWS (STREET LAWNS AND GARDENS) NO. 11 - REG 15

15 .         Penalty for breach of by-laws

                Every person who commits an offence against these by-laws is liable to a penalty of two hundred dollars.
