This legislation has been repealed.
(1) Any member may of
right require the production of any of the documents of the Council relating
to the question or matter under discussion.
(2) On giving to the
Clerk not less than four hours’ notice, a member of the Council shall be
entitled to have laid on the Council table, for the duration of a meeting, any
document or record of the Council, and the Clerk, on receiving that notice,
shall lay the document on the Council table at the commencement of the
meeting.
