This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A Councillor may,
at the conclusion of the speech of any other Councillor or on the conclusion
of any business, move without notice that the Council do now adjourn and that
motion shall state the time and date to which the adjournment is to be made.
(2) On a motion to
adjourn, the mover may speak for not more than five minutes, the seconder
shall not speak other than formally to second, and the mover of the motion (if
any) which was then under debate may speak for not more than five minutes, but
no other debate shall be allowed.
