Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
In these regulations,
unless the contrary intention appears —
“CEO” means the Chief Executive
Officer of the Department;
“Department” means the Department of
the Public Service principally assisting the Minister in the administration of
Part XV of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 ;
“repealed regulations” means the Local
Government (Qualification of Municipal Officers) Regulations 1961 .
