Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person whose
name has been removed from the register under section 37 or 41(2) of the
Act and who wishes to apply for the restoration of the person’s name to
the register is to do so in the form of Form 8 in Schedule 1 if a natural
person, or Form 9 if a body corporate.
(2) For the purposes
of section 42(2) of the Act, the fee for the application is set out in
item 4 of Schedule 2.
