This legislation has been repealed.
A person who wishes to
make a complaint to the Board in respect of a person who is a nurse or who was
a nurse at the relevant time, is to —
(a)
lodge with the Registrar a written statement of the matter complained of
signed by or on behalf of the complainant; and
(b) if
required by the Board —
(i)
give further or better particulars; or
(ii)
make a statutory declaration,
as specified by the
Board, relating to the complaint.
