(1) Before an informal
inquiry has begun, the presiding member of the committee, may on the
application of the affected person, adjourn the inquiry or adjust the period
proposed to conduct the inquiry.
(2) During an inquiry,
the committee may adjourn the inquiry or adjust the period proposed to
complete the inquiry.
