Where a natural person
or a body corporate has applied to be registered as a nurse and a change
occurs before the applicant is registered by which any particular in the form
of application or any document or other evidence accompanying the application
is rendered inaccurate or misleading, the natural person, or in the case of a
body corporate, the principal executive officer of the body corporate, is to
cause the Board to be notified of the change within 7 days of the
occurrence of the change.
Penalty: $1 000.
