RECREATION CAMPS AND RESERVE BY-LAWS 1985 - REG 37

37 .         Unauthorised removal of property

                A person shall not without authority remove from the reserve or disturb or move any article or property which is lying or left within the reserve and of which he is not — 

            (a)         the owner; or

            (b)         legally entitled to possession.

        Penalty: $400.
