RECREATION CAMPS AND RESERVE BY-LAWS 1985 - REG 40

40 .         Directions and notices to be complied with

                A person shall not disobey or fail to comply with any direction, instruction, request or requirement lawfully given or made by an authorised person in the discharge of his duty.

        Penalty: $200.
