This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A licensee whose
well is fitted with a meter belonging to the Commission shall pay the cost
of —
(a)
removing any body or substance, including sand, in the meter which is
preventing the meter from registering accurately or at all; and
(b)
making good all damage to the meter.
(2) Any work or
repairs required shall be done by the Commission, and the expense incurred in
so doing shall, on demand, be paid by the licensee, and if not paid on demand
shall be a debt due to the Commission.
