In these regulations,
unless the context otherwise requires —
“Act” means the
Rights in Water and Irrigation Act 1914 3 ;
"authorised officer" means an officer of the
Authority or any person authorised by the Authority under section 18 of
the Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984 4 .
