This legislation has been repealed.
When, after the
delivery to a school of anatomy of the body of a person whose death has been
registered, the body is buried, cremated or otherwise disposed of, and a
certificate in accordance with the form of the Fifth Schedule to the Act in
respect of the body is given to the district registrar for the registry
district in which the death occurred, an entry referring to the burial,
cremation or other disposal shall be made in the margin of the registration,
and that entry shall be signed by the Registrar General or that district
registrar.
