This legislation has been repealed.
A person shall not
interfere with —
(a) the
contents of a consignment within the meaning of paragraph 119 of the
International Regulations;
(b) any
labelling or marking required by the International Regulations; or
(c) any
document relating to a consignment referred to in paragraph (a) of this
regulation,
except in the exercise
of any power or the performance of any duty conferred or imposed on him by or
under the Act or with the permission of the relevant carrier or consignor or
of the Council.
