(1) Subject to
regulation 604A, a driver who is about to drive, or is driving, a vehicle
into, or out from, a parking area or the boundary of a carriageway shall give
way to all other vehicles and to all pedestrians.
(2) A driver shall not
drive a vehicle in reverse out of a parking area established across the centre
of a carriageway, if the carriageway or parking area in front of his vehicle
is free from obstruction.
