Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A driver shall not
enter upon, or attempt to cross, an intersection, whether or not it is
controlled by a traffic-control signal, if the intersection or the carriageway
beyond it is blocked by vehicles.
(2) The provisions of
subregulation (1) of this regulation apply notwithstanding the
instruction of a traffic-control signal to proceed.
