This legislation has been repealed.
Where an operator of a
filling station specified in an order under section 14 (8) intends to
cease selling any form of fuel or any requisite referred to in the order the
operator shall, at least 14 days before so ceasing, give to the Permanent
Head notice of that intention and of the day on which it is to take effect.
Penalty: $1 000.
