(1) Effective means of
ventilation shall be provided for omnibuses, independently of windows and door
openings, but, in the case of a vehicle other than an omnibus, the equipment
of a vehicle with suitable “no draught” or “vent”
windows is a sufficient compliance with this subregulation.
(2) Each window
adjacent to a passenger seat in an omnibus shall be movable and be fitted with
a suitable contrivance or finger grip for the purpose of opening and closing
it.
