A mirror or mirrors of
such dimensions, and so fitted, as to be capable of reflecting to the driver,
whilst retaining his normal driving position, a view of such doors, door
approaches and parts of the passenger compartment, generally, as are not
directly visible to him, shall be provided within every omnibus.
