This legislation has been repealed.
(1) Where the load of
a vehicle projects more than 1.2 metres beyond the rearmost portion of the
vehicle, or where the load of a pole-type jinker projects beyond the rear end
of the pole, a lamp capable of showing a clear red light shall be fitted upon
the extreme rear of the load.
(2) The light required
by this regulation to be fitted is in addition to the rear light required by
regulation 2002, and a person shall not place the rear light required by
regulation 2002 upon the extreme end of the load.
