(a)
Where an Inspector is of opinion that the use of a cesspit at any shearing
shed should be discontinued, he may, by order in writing, require the
employer, within the time specified in such order, to discontinue the use of
such cesspit and to provide in lieu thereof such other sufficient and proper
latrine accommodation as may be specified in such order.
(b)
Every employer shall cause all latrines, drains and receptacles for refuse
which are provided for the use of shearers to be disinfected daily while in
use.
