This legislation has been repealed.
The chairman of the
Board may at the request of the appellant or of the Commission issue a summons
requiring the attendance of a witness at the hearing of any appeal. Such
summons shall be served upon a witness not less that three clear days before
the date of the hearing of the appeal. The appellant shall advise the
secretary of the Commission forthwith of the issue by him of a witness summons
addressed to an employee of the Commission. The secretary shall thereupon
direct that if the witness summons is served on the employee, arrangements
shall be made to allow the witness to attend the hearing.
