Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
Where a candidate does
not pass all the examinations prescribed by subregulation (1) of
regulation 6 within six years of passing the first examination prescribed
under that subregulation the candidate shall not sit for any further
examination and shall not be credited with a pass in any examination except by
leave of the Board.
