For the purposes of
item 9(3) of the Third Schedule to the Act —
(a) the
following class of persons is prescribed, that is, any person who owns a
vehicle the vehicle licence fee for which is reduced under regulation 21M
of the Road Traffic (Licensing) Regulations 1975 ; and
(b) the
following purposes are prescribed, that is, the uses of the vehicle described
in regulation 21M of the Road Traffic (Licensing) Regulations 1975 .
