This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The particulars
required by section 112P(1) to be contained in a note or memorandum made
under that subsection are —
(a) the
date on which that note or memorandum was made; and
(b) the
name and address of the unregistered person with whom the business concerned
was transacted or offered to be transacted.

(4) In the case of a
note or memorandum made under section 112P(1) and relating to any rental
business, the particulars to be contained in that note or memorandum include,
in addition to the particulars set out in
subregulation (1) —
(a) the
name and address of the person to whom the right to use the goods concerned
was granted;
(b) the
date on which the right to use the goods concerned was granted;
(c) the
period for which the right referred to in paragraph (b) was granted;
(d) a
full description of the goods concerned; and
(e) the
total rental payable for the right referred to in paragraph (b).
(5) In this
regulation —
“unregistered person” means a person
carrying on any rental business (whether within or outside the State) who is
not a registered person.
