(1) In this
regulation —
“Defence Service Homes Insurance
Scheme” has the meaning given under section 38 of the
Defence Service Homes Act 1918 of the Commonwealth.
(2) A policy of
insurance under the Defence Service Homes Insurance Scheme is a prescribed
policy of insurance under item 8(4) of the Third Schedule to the Act.
